- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Requests made after the applicable guarantee period has expired (14 days for subscriptions, 30 days for lifetime)
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
- Partial months or unused portions of a subscription after the 30-day refund window
- Repeat refund requests for the same plan type
