1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QubTrading ("the Service"), including our website, dashboard, signal engine, and any related tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QubTrading. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Description of Service
QubTrading provides AI-powered trading tools for futures traders, including but not limited to:
- A multi-timeframe signal engine that identifies potential trading setups
- A real-time dashboard with composite scoring, charting, and analytics
- An auto-trade execution tool that places orders based on configurable thresholds
- A Discord community for traders to share ideas and receive alerts
QubTrading is a trading tool, not a financial advisory service. We do not provide personalized investment advice, tax advice, or recommendations to buy or sell any specific financial instrument. All signals, scores, and analytics are informational tools intended to assist you in making your own trading decisions.
3. Account Terms
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- One account per person. Sharing login credentials with others is prohibited.
4. Subscription & Billing
QubTrading offers monthly, yearly, and lifetime subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
- Monthly plans renew every 30 days; yearly plans renew every 12 months.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees.
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day free trial on all subscription plans so you can evaluate the Service before committing. Beyond the trial period:
- Pro-rated refunds may be issued within the first 30 days of a paid subscription.
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@qubtrading.com.
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable after 30 days.
- No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused portions after the 30-day window.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by QubTrading and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:
- The signal engine algorithms and composite scoring methodology
- Dashboard design, user interface, and visual elements
- All software code, APIs, and technical infrastructure
- QubTrading branding, logos, and trade dress
- Educational content, blog posts, and documentation
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal trading purposes only.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Redistribute, resell, or share your account access with others
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
- Copy, replicate, or create derivative works based on QubTrading's algorithms or scoring system
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Share signals, scores, or dashboard content publicly without written permission
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. QubTrading disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any signals, scores, or analytics provided through the Service.
No guarantee of profits. Trading results vary based on market conditions, individual skill, risk management, and many other factors beyond our control. We make no representation that any user will or is likely to achieve profits.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QubTrading and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
- Trading losses resulting from use of or reliance on our signals or tools
- Loss of data or business interruption
- Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Not Financial Advice
QubTrading provides trading tools, not financial advice. Nothing on our platform, website, Discord community, or any communication from QubTrading should be construed as investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice.
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. QubTrading does not take into account your personal financial situation or investment objectives.
11. Auto-Trade Disclaimer
QubTrading's auto-trade execution feature places trades automatically based on configurable thresholds and composite scores. By enabling auto-trade, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for enabling, configuring, and monitoring the auto-trade feature.
- Automated trading carries additional risks, including the risk of system errors, connectivity issues, and rapid market movements.
- QubTrading is not liable for any losses incurred through automated trade execution.
- You should always monitor your positions and maintain appropriate risk management settings.
- You can disable auto-trade at any time through the dashboard.
12. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Modifications to Terms
QubTrading reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify active subscribers via email.
Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Minnesota.
